Lynn was raised in New Preston, but has been living in Maine for 40 years. She has two children and three grandchildren in Portland Maine which she visits frequently. She owns a bookkeeping company and works from home, but has plenty of time for local family and friends as well.
While living in Maine, she became close to a family from India who lived in the neighborhood. She learned how to cook some Indian dishes and she taught her Indian friend how to make lasagna, apple pie, and other American dishes.
